DIY top, Madewell Jeans, American Apparel heels, Target necklace

I have had this eyelet fabric laying in my bin since this last DIY project. I've been trying really hard to use up all my fabric, which has resulted in the preliminary stages of a Halloween costume...in July. Don't judge! Anyways, I was looking for something easy to sew, that didn't require a lot of fabric. This week has been filled with days of 90 degrees, so it also needed to be nice and breezy. Expect a DIY post with something similar to this soon, I have one more thought in mind that I would like to try out.
